Mindfulness Meditation Mondays • 8AM
Come chill out and feel bliss on every Mondays at 8AM. Please join ARA for sitting and walking meditation. This is a 45-minute group session meditation focuses on relaxing the body and promoting stress reduction. To start your once a week Mindfulness Meditation, book into our sessions.

Kundalini Yoga with Davi & Anne

Kundalini Yoga is one of the most powerful styles of yoga. It is the practice of awakening our Higher Self and turning potential energy into kinetic energy. It supports us to become physically, emotionally and mentally resilient by developing a strong nervous system, a healthy glandular and a resilient immune system so that we embrace a life full of confidence. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama (breath work), mantra, music, and meditation to teach you the art of relaxation, self healing, and elevation.
Healing with Laughter • 6PM
1 hour @ $10.00 Pre-registration and $12.00 Drop in
“Laugh for the Health of It!” This group session includes laughter to benefit aerobic exercise, immune support, lymphatic circulation, endorphin release, mood enhancement, energy boost, stress reduction, unconditional acceptance, PLAY and bliss.
