healthy glandular and a resilient immune system so that we embrace a life full of confidence. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama (breath work), mantra, music, and meditation to teach you the art of relaxation, self healing, and elevation.
